What I offer

Three ways of working together.

01 · Learning a healthy way with stress

Stress coaching

You do not have stress, you make it. That sounds like a calendar motto, but it holds: only about 10 % of what we call stress is the outside trigger. The other 90 % is our own reaction — and noticing it and handling it can be learned.

02 · Resolving conflict together

Mediation

When two or more parties have reached a standstill. I guide the conversation as a mediator impartial to all sides under the German Mediation Act — until there is a solution everyone can carry.

03 · Finding your way back together as a team

Team coaching

When something is stuck in the team: unspoken tension, unclear roles, friction instead of collaboration.

Principles

What I believe.

Eight sentences that describe my work

„

Principle 01 / 08

Conflict is not a disturbance. It is the moment when something new can emerge.

Principle 02 / 08

Clarity does not come from thinking harder, but from better questions.

Principle 03 / 08

Those who do not act are acted upon.

Principle 04 / 08

Most decisions have long been made. We simply do not yet dare to say them out loud.

Principle 05 / 08

Process beats perfection.

Principle 06 / 08

1 is always greater than 0. Let’s go!

Principle 07 / 08

Everything that receives attention changes.

Principle 08 / 08

A good compromise is not one where both sides lose — it is one both sides can explain.

“

For individuals

When you are stuck on your own

  • You function day to day — but energy and meaning are missing?
  • You face a decision and fear making the wrong one?
  • Old patterns hold you back and you cannot get past them?
  • You wish for more lightness and ease in everyday life?
For teams

When something is stuck in the team

  • Conversations go in circles, decisions are left undone.
  • Roles and responsibilities have become unclear.
  • The line between two or more people has broken.
  • A change is coming and unease is growing.

Where we work

How it works

The process.

No costs before the first conversation. We only go on once it is clear that it fits.

i.First conversation

We take the time to look at what is going on and whether coaching or mediation  is the right path. No obligation, entirely confidential.

ii.Agreeing the brief

Goal, process, participants and framework are set down — so that everyone knows where they stand.

iii.Working

In structured sessions, flexible in timing and tailored to you.

The first step is a conversation.

Get in touch when you feel stuck. I answer personally.
