About Me

For more than 15 years, I have been accompanying people on their paths to discovering their strengths, resolving conflicts, and taking courageous steps in new directions.

My own journey has led me through many different worlds – as a teacher, university lecturer, father, and coach. I have worked with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, in classrooms, seminar rooms, and international contexts. These experiences have taught me that every person carries their own story, shaped by culture, language, and perspective – and that true understanding begins with curiosity and respect.

As a mediator under federal law (member of the German Mediation Association) and as a coach in training according to the standards of leading associations, I bring together professional craftsmanship with genuine empathy and cultural sensitivity.

Whether in German or English, in one-on-one conversations or complex group processes, my aim remains the same: to foster clarity, build bridges across differences, and create spaces where growth and mutual understanding can promote development.
